The Proving Grounds Will Only Teach the Basics

You are correct the proving grounds will only teach the basics.  Working as intended.  But, it has nothing to do with the validity of dedicating resources to this feature over improvements to the leveling experience.  WoW accounts for sale You are now a characture of your own arguement.  You are right on the one hand (concerning the learning of basics) but, woefuly wrong in your reason for bringing your original arguement up in the first place.  There is no there ... there. The thing is that to teach the basics, is something that could be easily done while leveling, giving the proper challenge level and more a content designed to help teach those skills. But conveniently you choose to ignore that.  The current leveling system is just plain horrendous for teaching people how to play. The difficulty is just not there at all, you have skills that function dramatically different than how they work at max level (not mechanically, but in terms of damage and healing), and the enemies either don't live long enough to show off their mechanics to a meaningful degree or don't have mechanics to worry about in the first place.
Take leveling as a DK, for example. Blood boil and death siphon as a blood DK deal more damage than just about any of your other skills. You basically spam them non-stop because anything with pure weapon damage coefficients are broken below 80. Or take leveling as a druid or priest. Where to buy wow accounts You don't even need to be spec'd into a healing spec because abilities like PW:S and rejuv are so ridiculously overpowered that a remotely decent tank will never die while under their effects.
I understand that it wouldn't be appropriate to go back to vanilla style leveling with mana pools that died after a couple smites and the need to use CC on lots of pulls. But Blizzard should at least fix leveling skills so they're closer to how you'd use them at max level. It's silly that you have to relearn how to play the second you reach Cataclysm (and MoP) content.

Normal MMO Gamer.

MMOs are not single player games period. wow gold for sell What Scalable raids do is simple.  If you have 12 people on for a 10 man raid you leave 2 people out in the wind.  With scalable raids you can now take as many people as you have online for the raid with a min and max number.  This is good for the normal MMO gamer.
There is no proof made that the harmful events are caused by the first event.
Of course, a subscription decline can also be attributed to several dozen other possible factors, or combination of many factors, with no outstanding evidence that any single one of them "caused" the decline.
It's a pretty safe argument, if you ignore that all virtually all veteran games begin declining beyond (some point X), regardless of developer efforts, regardless of further expansions, and regardless of "classic" reboots.
This is a smart move, and maybe something we will see on a wider scale in other games (not that many games have this kind of feature yet)

As for WoW loosing players.. buy cheap wow accounts. Show me any game that is as old as WoW that have not lost players... The only one i can think of is Eve.. But they are sort of the exception to the norm. It is also worth noting that WoW might have lost players... In fact they have by now lost a amount of players equal to most other non-f2p games entire player base... And they are still not really hurting for players.

Transfers Sale of WoW

To those complaining about that transfers sale right before this announcement.WoW accounts for sale.. do consider that with this system blizzard is voluntarily giving up a descent chunk of income in the future.WoW Gold for Sell If this really ends up merging tons of servers into a virtual one there's basicaly no reason to use a payed transfer ever again.

On my old, dying realm, 5 topmost guilds chose to transfer off.WoW money  While main teams did go, the rest of the rosters, about half of the total count, left the game, or rerolled (and used transferers to get some gold and items over) rather choosing to pay.

If you have a basis for claiming it's "decent chunk", then point me to a P&L please. Else I call BS.

I'd say, this decision is a followup to a rapid decline in both subs and transfer fees, when they realized their cynical milking strategy is effectively killing the game.

I am kinda worried about what servers will be added to this. I play on basically a medium pop server and I am worried about being left out. At a glance our server looks fine, decent economy, a couple low tier heroic guilds, can find raid pugs occasionally... But that's it, once you actually take a serious look at it you find a server that has been slowly dying over the past few years, no serious guilds actively trying to clear heroic raid content, and an extremely dead chat at various points in the day.

We are not as bad off as a lot of servers I realize that, but, we aren't in the best of shape.

This has me concerned as well. I am really hoping for the more dynamic type system that described above, but I would expect this isn't something that will just be for "low pop" realms as the technology would be there to link multiple CRZ servers (At this point, I am assuming that would be the plan) would allow them to say, link 2 medium sized servers together. Or a medium and a low.

At the moment, I think I take my low pop realm for granted. It's so nice to farm rares with no competition or do dailies without getting consistently ganked. But then I remember back to BC and Wrath when my realm was medium pop - it was full of life and a lot more fun overall. I say 'bring it on!'. It will be nice to see new faces and hopefully make some new friends!

No changes for Mages

I guess I will wait for next expansion to return to the game.WoW Gold for Sell
Also gratz to Resto Druids!
Yes, because these are the final 5.4 patch notes.Buy World of Warcraft Gold Yeah, everyone told same thing when we got preview of Mists talents at Blizzcon: "chill out, it's just the beginning of the development, things will change for the better". And then we got stuck level 90 talents almost noone likes.
Thanks, that's enough, I won't hope for anything good to happen.
Love these new patch notes so far - and yet, I cannot help but think:

What, no level scaling option to group/dungeon with friends?  C'mon, Blizzard.  This is old technology - get with the times.
"The Strength of One's Foes: Players should no longer be receiving excess Sigils of Power or Sigils of Wisdom."

Well heck. I spammed the raids on Monday (returned from a week vacation) and ended up with 14 Sigils of Power and 9 Sigils of Wisdom (started at 8 for both) by the time of the reset. Finally finished the stupid thing today.

I am happy about the heirloom enchanting change.  It sounds like it will be something we can always go to--as it is called "timeless". So I am guessing it won't be tied to Pandaria or even the old world perhaps. Kind of like a darkmoon isle type? Probably portal in. Maybe--just maybe this could be a universal starter area. Could be where proving grounds are too. Just wild guessing here.  World of Warcraft Account for Sale

Why I left WoW and turn to RS

I'm tired of having to change my setups every time you tweak stats. I'm tired of losing gps every time you tweak stats due to item price crashes. Just pick an armor and weapon stats and stick with them so that the players can have some stability with our weapons, armour and bank value.

That is why I left World of Warcraft and went back to RS (a few years ago). And I joined members as I think selling runescape accounts can contribute to the development of RS. On WoW, they would nerf your gear and stats practically every month and I got tired of that bs. What's the point of getting a good armor build if you're just going to nerf me the coming month. With so many stat changes, it only makes things more difficult, not fairer.

I hope more players can search Runescape accounts for sale and join members to support RS to exceed WoW.

WoW is too easy in MoP

I am glad wow is easier, for those of us who are extremely busy w work and stuff we are THANKFUL we dont have to take 30 days or more to get rep for one piece of gear...keep up the good work Blizz! im rooting for u.

That's cool. School is important. When you have time to come back and play we'll have something new and awesome for you to try out.
People that are saying WoW is too easy in MoP have some kinda of delusions they haven't named yet. The content IS harder. Challange modes, Brawler's guild (Rank 7+), and Heroic scenarios are all shaping up to be challanging content. For all the BC babies... you guys can stick to playing Guild Wars 2.

Your comment makes zero sense to me. Excuse my youthful ignorance, but it sounds like you haven't played in awhile. Therefore, you haven't tried the new content, and thus equalling ZERO valid opinion from you. I'm sorry, I know it's easier to just troll hate instead of actually play it. It's not even CLOSE to 'easy' to gear. The new LFR above was just released yesterday. By far the hardest raid i've ever been in period. 5 hours of LFR just to figure it out. Easy? Hardly. Oh nevermind your too busy being a keyboard warrior.
